With Respect, Love And Thankfulness

The 77th anniversary of the death of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk was commemorated with various activities.

On the commemorative ceremony the school choir sang Ataturk themed songs. Poems were read, short films about the importance of the day were watched. Tarsus Schools Director Mr. Andrew Leathwood stated his thoughts about Ataturk and expressed how he was different and a successful statesman by sharing the letter that was sent to the families of Anzac soldiers. Tarsus SEV students and teachers committed their thoughts and feelings to the journal.
