The second foreign language curriculum supports the following student learning outcomes:
-
Communicating in a second foreign language effectively,
-
Developing a positive approach and interest about both the language they are learning and its culture,
-
Realizing that language learning is a life-long learning process.
Towards meeting these objectives, the learning process is supported by active participation in classroom activities, their completion of projects and homework, their openness and patience in learning a new language and culture, revision of the learned material, and developing thinking skills in a foreign language.
