The course objectives of the science and technology curriculum is as follows: 

• Learning about and using scientific methods,
• Building hypothesis, making observations, collecting data, interpreting data and presenting findings. 
• Developing an attitude of research and thinking which is based on experimentation standards, rational approach, and constant enquiry,
• Understanding the nature of science and technology and the mutual interaction between science, technology, society and environment
