The acquisition of the following behaviors and skills are the goal of the mathematics curriculum: 

• Developing a positive attitude and self-confidence towards mathematics, 
• Being able to draw links between mathematics and other disciplines, as well as links within the discipline of mathematics,
• Understanding mathematical thinking and general problem solving strategies,
• Developing an aesthetic perspective by associating mathematics with arts.
