From kindergarten to grade 8, the elementary schools governed by the Health and Education Foundation develops the skills of speaking English, in academics and social settings, fluently and confidently.

The mastery in using a foreign language for these purposes requires a systematic approach in language and literature. Activities which take place in a linguistically rich environment create the time and opportunity for language acquisition. Students develop tolerance and understanding about other cultures.
