The Joy Of Republic At Tarsus SEV
Tarsus SEV Schools celebrated the 92nd anniversary of the proclamation of our Republic with a splendid program to which all parents and students were invited.
On Tuesday 27th October, 2015 at 7.30 p.m. an impressive reception called ‘The Joy of Republic’ was held. Our unique auditorium hosted the great organisation and all performances left a mark on the audience. Parents of Tarsus SEV and the protocol members who joined the Republic Day Reception had a day of national pride and fun.
ATATURK’S FAVORITE SONGS
The Republic Day Reception began at 7.30p.m. with a flag parade and a moment of silence. A waltz performance was held; oratorio, poetry choir and songs about the Republic were sang with the contribution of students from kindergarden to eighth grade. This was followed by the Mersin C.Y.D Choir singing Ataturk’s favorite songs which reflected the strong spirit of the Turkish independence and Republic.
