On the 22-23rd of September, Tarsus SEV Elementary and Middle School teachers attended a seminar on ‘Feedback in Education’. The seminar started with a workshop led by our school’s Guidance Teacher and Psychologic Consultant Eray Varol whom had prepared ice breakers and drama activities for the teachers to engage in. Finally, our teachers attended a presentation on ‘Johari’s window’ and ‘The importance of Feedback’ led by the SEV Foundation’s Education Co-ordinator Doctor Emel Uysal in which teachers had the opportunity to develop self-awareness and add to their personal development skills.
