The Tarsus Sev Primary School ‘Robotics Club’ students won two prizes from the FLL ( First Lego League) Science Heroes Tournament that was held on February 4th-5th at Istanbul Yeditepe University.

Our team competed in the ‘Helping Animals with Techno’ tournament and won the ‘Istanbul Local Tournament Mindful Professionalism Award. Also, our team coaches Mustafa and Özlem Uzunağaç got the ‘Lion Coach’ prize.

The aim of this league is to make the young people love science and technology, while letting them contribute to nature, society and the environment while also being capable of team work and being aware of their responsibilities.

Our students produced a project called ‘Animals; Our Life Partners,’ and they designed robots that solve the duties pertaining to that theme.
