We all love playing games. Games are important activities that exist in human life and have been vital to the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of humans since their early development periods. Gamification is a method that helps students to learn while having fun. It encourages student productivity by making the course more interesting. It enhances the forming of long-term memories and learning new skills. Gamification of education is an approach to enhance student motivation and participation in the classroom by incorporating game design elements into the educational environment. An important part of gamification is feedback, increasing the self-confidence and self-awareness of students. A Professional Development training about game-based learning, gamification, and instant feedback was held with our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teachers by Assoc. Prof. Yavuz Samur, on Sunday, April 11, 2021.
