“Children are the guarantee of our future, our joy of life. It is the duty of all of us to raise the child of today as the adults of tomorrow”. This beautiful and meaningful day, which was given by the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to the children, was celebrated by Tarsus SEV Elementary School students with great activities this year like every year. With the project called “Countries and Cultures”, the students prepared for April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day and performed a great performance with their culture-specific dances. They expressed their love, respect and aspirations to Atatürk, which was full of meaningful poems and choir's beautiful songs. Our independence was symbolized by the releasing of red balloons in excitement. The joy of April 23rd will be continued throughout the week at Tarsus SEV with many colorful and entertaining activities.
