The second Art Festival organized by Tarsus SEV Elementary School has hosted many colorful sights. In our schools, we strive for contributing and supporting all branches of art such as music, painting, dance, ballet together with academic achievement. With this mission in mind, our students took stage in the auditorium with piano recitals, drum performances by Ritm-i SEV band, dance, gymnastic and school choir performances, attracting a lot of attention while exhibiting their skills. Students of our sister school, İzmir SEV, were with us as well, performing a dance show called “Anadolu Ateşi” and won recognition of the audience. The festival also hosted a fascinating dance performance from the students of Çukurova University State School of Art, Ballet Department.

The second part of the festival, the students participated in many colorful art workshops such as the giant mandala, live painting, mask making, turtle, hand drums, porcelain and marbling. The festival ended with flying balloons on which the students of Tarsus and İzmir SEV wrote their best wishes.
