During the weekend of February 23-24, the Tarsus SEV JMUN club attended the JMUN conference hosted by İzmir SEV. The conference’s theme was ‘Potential in Diversity’. Student delegates represented the country of Russia on committees such as Human Rights, Political, Security Council and Women’s Rights. Within these committees, delegates prepared proposals acknowledging world-wide issues along with solutions and presented them during the conference. The success of our Tarsus SEV JMUN students was evident in their participation through presentation of proposals, and speaking before their committees. One of these students was awarded the ‘Best Delegate’ within their committee. Congratulations!
