"Global Warming and Climate Change" is the theme of our school as a member of Eco-School, a student participatory program for pre-school, primary and secondary school, environmental awareness, environmental management and sustainable development education.Global warming, a problem that concerns the whole world; climate change, drought and desertification, reduction of water resources, glaciers, and many other negative consequences, increasingly reduce the habitable areas and seriously threatens life on earth. For this reason, in order to raise awareness of our students as Tarsus SEV Elementary School, this is the first slogan contest organized by our "Eco-School" Coordinator Teachers. After giving our students the necessary information about Global Warming, all our classes worked to determine the school slogan by creating their own slogan. Students will be rewarded by selecting the class that finds the most appropriate slogan in the contest. The slogans and class photos of the other classes will continue to be worked on in the Eco Corner.
