On Friday June 9th, our grade 8 students experienced the excitement and the joy of starting a new era in their lives with their teachers and their parents in the commencement ceremony.

In the ceremony, Education Coordinator of the Health and Education foundation Ms. Binnur KARADEMİR, TAC/SEV Headmaster Mr. Andrew LEATHWOOD, School Principal Ms. Ayfer AYDIN and TAC Alumni Principal Mr. Ali CERRAHOĞLU gave speeches. In her speech Ayfer AYDIN addressed the parents and stated that the students graduated after a rough school year and were raised as students who value scientific education and care about arts

with the light of a 129-year-old tradition and culture. The students who got the first three places academically were given rewards. Valedictorian Yağmur Yetkin and student council president Seden Sayar said goodbye to their school and friends by making emotional speeches. After the speeches the students were given their certificates and threw their caps into the air. Then the students had a great time with their families and friends at the cocktail prepared for them.
