Tarsus SEV Elementary School teachers participated in STEM training. STEM is an approach which lets the students integrate with science and technology. The aim of this training is to stimulate the participators’ interests in science, technology, engineering, math and other areas by educational, exciting and attention-taking presentations and products. During this training, the teachers were informed to be able to prepare a STEM lesson plan surrounded by 4th grade math outcomes. They thought as engineers and made a research about durability of a geometric object to make a buillding. They worked the electronic circuits by coding to use in their smart building designs. The teachers who participated in the training found it very useful and they said they will apply those techniques in their own classes.
