Tarsus Sev staff, administrators and our foundation managers got together in order to listen to the opinions of the educators and administrators to make headway and to direct our school in a strategic planning workshop. During the workshop where we came up with so many new ideas and suggestions, we tried to map out a developmental model that goes parallel with today’s necessities. While doing so, we tried hard to bring our creativity and productivity to the forefront. At the end of the workshop, we experienced the joy of sharing and producing together.
