The second graders organized a field trip to the Tarsus Zoo on ‘Animal Protection Day.’ While our students had the chance to visit the region’s biggest zoo, which is located on a 110 acre plot, they were able to examine the big animal shelters and the aquariums as well. Different species of birds, snakes, deer, tigers and monkeys really excited our students. It was real fun to observe and obtain information about the wild animals.
